Tirage
We prepare yeast cultures specific to your base wine and use automated GAI 1700 series equipment to ensure consistent tirage bottling.
Disgorgement
Riddling is done using automated systems or traditional hand racks for smaller or unique batches. Dosage trials are available on-site or remotely. Disgorgement is performed with fully automated lines for standard bottles and semi-automated lines for magnums.
Storage
Bottled wines are stored in custom-built bins within temperature-controlled facilities to complete secondary fermentation and sur lie aging.
Packaging
Our automated Enos labelling monoblock with four stations enables fully customised packaging tailored to your market.
